RETURN POLICY
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges under specific conditions. Please review our guidelines before initiating a return.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet the following criteria:
- Product Condition: The item must be brand new, meaning it has never been used, worn, or washed. It must also be returned in its original packaging, unopened and undamaged. Any item that has been altered or shows signs of use will not qualify.
- Return Window: You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

- Email us at support@klafiff.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for your request.
- If the item is defective, please include clear photos showing the issue.
- Receive Return Instructions:
- If your request is approved, we will provide you with return shipping details.
- Send the Item Back:
- Carefully pack the item in its original packaging to prevent damage during shipping.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.
- We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as Klafiff is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Processing & Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email.
- If your return is approved, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 days.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
4. Exchange Guidelines
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, the same return conditions apply.
- Exchanges depend on product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
- The replacement item will be shipped once we receive and verify the returned product.
5. Additional Notes
- No Restocking Fees: Klafiff does not charge any fees for processing returns or exchanges.
- Wrong or Damaged Items: If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
- Delayed Refunds: If your refund does not appear within the expected time, check with your payment provider. If you still have concerns, reach out to our support team for assistance.
